RETURNS AND REFUNDS
You can always return your item within 14 days from the date you receive your order.
Returning costs are borne by the customer and will be witheld from the sum due as reimbursement at a cost of € 15.
Except in the event that the customer sends the item himself/herself: in that case, the refund will include, as a maximum reimbursement, the amount of the original order, without charging the return costs of €15.
Return shipment are under the responsability of the customer. Customer has to ask for the return, within 14 days of the receipt, filling the form to the link attached above.

L'apertura con alamaro rende l'indossamento e lo sgancio veloci e comodi. L'interno è foderato in UGGplush™ (80% lana rigenerata e 20% lyocell, 17 mm), che offre una sensazione di calore e morbidezza ineguagliabile. La soletta, anch'essa in UGGplush™, garantisce un comfort eccezionale.
La suola è realizzata in EVA, ma con una particolare attenzione alla sostenibilità: è una suola in schiuma SugarSole™, realizzata con canna da zucchero rinnovabile, che riduce l'impatto ambientale.
Questo stivale è completato da un'etichetta in pelle sul tallone con il logo UGG® in rilievo e un logo UGG® in silicone. La galoscia in silicone è rimovibile e aggiunge un ulteriore livello di protezione dalle intemperie.
