La Gift Card è un buono acquisto spendibile solo online, su tutti i nostri prodotti. Non può essere convertita in denaro, rimborsata e non può essere sostituita in caso di smarrimento o furto. La gift card viene inviata in formato digitale all’indirizzo mail indicato al momento dell’acquisto. NON E' UNA CARD FISICA.
In caso di acquisto (effettuato utilizzando il credito) e conseguente reso, la gift card viene riattivata, non rimborsata.
Ha una validità di 6 mesi dall’acquisto.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS
You can always return your item within 14 days from the date you receive your order.
Returning costs are borne by the customer and will be witheld from the sum due as reimbursement at a cost of € 25.
Except in the event that the customer sends the item himself/herself: in that case, the refund will include, as a maximum reimbursement, the amount of the original order, without charging the return costs of €25.
Return shipment are under the responsability of the customer. Customer has to ask for the return, within 14 days of the receipt, filling the form to the link attached above.
