The products you can buy on bertoldoshop.it are all original, as Bertoldo Shop is the official dealer of the brands on sale.

It is not possible to apparatus or reserve any items.

The return can be made within 14 days of receipt of the product by filling out the return form. You can return the product within 14 days from the date of delivery at a cost of €7. Please fill in the form completely and wait until you receive an email in which you can book the collection. The exchange is no longer made.

The return costs €7 and can be booked directly via email with the DHL courier service. Once you have completed the form in full, you will receive an e-mail with the details to book the pick-up at your home/house.

Once you have filled in the Return Form you will receive an email to book a pick-up by DHL courier. If necessary, the package can be brought to a DHL point.

Once you have filled in the Return Form you will receive an email with the shipping label to be printed and affixed in the package. The product must be correctly packaged: we will not accept returns of products shipped using the original box as the shipping box.

The products must show no signs of wear and tear and must be shipped in protective packaging and well sealed.
