RETURNS AND REFUNDS

You can always return your item within 14 days from the date you receive your order.

Returning costs are borne by the customer and will be witheld from the sum due as reimbursement at a cost of € 15.

Except in the event that the customer sends the item himself/herself: in that case, the refund will include, as a maximum reimbursement, the amount of the original order, without charging the return costs of €15.

Il sandalo modello Ugo è caratterizzato da una tomaia in tessuto con borchie e accessori oro. La fodera interna è in pelle e il sottopiede è imbottito per garantire il massimo comfort. La chiusura alla caviglia è tramite velcro e il fondo in gomma garantisce una presa sicura. L'altezza totale della suola è di 5 cm, di cui 3 cm di gomma. Il colore nero si adatta perfettamente a qualsiasi outfit e la calzata è regolare.
